Our aim is to provide you with a fast and efficient service. We work with An Post and Fastway to offer a delivery service within Ireland. Most orders are dispatched from Dublin within 2 working days of you placing the order, however some orders may take a little longer to process, and where this is the case, we will contact you. In addition, if you require your order by a certain date, it is important that you let us know through the order page when placing the order. To assist the courier in delivering your order efficiently, please provide the full delivery address and where possible an Eircode and contact number.
We will send an email to you with the courier tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please add 'email@example.com' to your safe email list to ensure that you receive emails from us. Please monitor the tracking information emailed to you. You should receive your order within 1 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch, however if you have not received your order within 3 working days of this date, or the tracking information has not updated since dispatch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to let us know.
At present, we delivery to Ireland & Northern Ireland only. Delivery costs are as follows:
Orders under €75 - €6.95
Orders over €75 - Free of charge
Your designated delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the package, as a signature may be required by the courier company to confirm safe delivery. Delivery will normally take place during working hours, from Monday to Friday and occasionally we will deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond our control.
Christmas is a time when there is great pressure on courier companies. Your order will be processed according to the timeframe mentioned above. We will always do our best have your order delivered in time for Christmas but please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond our control.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, we appreciate that there may be occasions where it is necessary to exchange, return or cancel an order. Where this is the case, we will be happy to do so subject to the terms mentioned below.
Please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 10 working days of receipt of the goods giving the order reference number. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and organise for the item to be collected and returned to us at a cost of €6.95. The order must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with the original packaging. As soon as the package has been received at our depot we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment. The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
If you wish to exchange the returned order for an alternative, please place a new order for the required items.
Please note that all products are fully inspected before they leave our warehouse.
In the rare event that you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. Where the damage can be shown to be the fault of Anvil Home, we will arrange a replacement or refund of the item as soon as possible. Replacement items will be sent to you free of delivery charge.
Responsibility for the products (e.g. damage or loss) will remain with us until we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order.
