Should you wish to purchase a product online and collect in store or alternatively visit us in store to purchase a particular product, please contact us ahead of travelling so that we can confirm that the item is in stock at that time. Our website is updated on a daily basis, but occasionally items may be out of stock.
Please be aware that given the current circumstances, orders may take a little longer to process & dispatch, however, we will do our best to ensure they get to you as soon as possible. We can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any queries about your order or any of our products.
Our aim is to provide you with a fast and efficient service. We work with a nominated courier company to offer a 32 county delivery service. You should receive most items within 2 - 5 working days from the date of purchase, however, some orders may take longer to process. For larger items, such as furniture, the average delivery time is 5 - 10 working days. Where demand is high and items have gone out of stock, delivery can take 3 - 6 weeks and where this is the case, we will email you to advise you of an approximate timeframe. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us on 01-2862814 or email@example.com to advise us of this. In addition, if you have not received the delivery within 5 working days, please contact us on 01-2862814 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery costs within the 32 counties are as follows:

The above delivery charge applies to packages up to a weight of 30kg in actual or cubic weight. Where a package is over this weight, we will contact you to offer an alternative delivery quotation.
Your designated delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the package, as a signature must be obtained by the courier company to confirm safe delivery. Delivery will take place during working hours, between Monday and Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Items ordered together may not all be shipped out on the same day, as occasionally some items may be out of stock. Should there be any delay you will be alerted by email and/or phone within 48 hours. Please add 'email@example.com' to your safe email list to ensure that you receive emails from us.
Responsibility for the products (e.g. damage or loss) will remain with us until we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order.
If an order is collected by you or by a courier acting on your behalf, it remains your responsibility to ensure the order reaches you in good condition. Therefore, if the order arrives damaged, you cannot claim a replacement or refund of the item or items as you will be accountable for the damage and/or any other problems with the delivery.
Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond our control.
For orders outside of the Republic of Ireland, please contact us to receive further delivery charges.
Christmas is a time when there is great pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfill and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow an extra day or two to the delivery time guidelines to avoid disappointment.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however, we appreciate that there may be occasions where it is necessary to exchange, return or cancel an order. If you wish to do so, we will be happy to issue an alternative product, a voucher for use in our store or a full refund subject to the terms mentioned below.
You must contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods giving the order reference number. We will acknowledge receipt of your email. The items must then be returned to the address below to reach us no later than 10 working days from the date you received your order. They must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with the original packaging and include the invoice which was enclosed with the delivery. Return delivery must take place between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday to the following address. For peace of mind, you may wish to send the goods ‘recorded delivery’ or ‘registered post’. All delivery costs relating to an exchanged, returned or cancelled order will be your responsibility.

If you wish to exchange a product and the new product costs less than the one you are returning we will refund you the difference. If the new product you require costs more than the one you returned, an additional payment is needed before the replacement product is dispatched.
If you require a full refund, we will refund the amount which you originally paid to us for that product. Your refund will be credited back to you using the original method of payment once we have received the item or items at the above address. The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
With all returns you will be responsible for the item or items including packaging where it forms part of the goods, until they reach us. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether while in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss. Please note that products are fully inspected before they leave our store.
Our refund, exchange and cancellation policy does not apply to the following items:-Earrings for pierced ears; Items that have been cut to your specification, such as Oilcloth; Items ordered especially for you from our supplier; Gift vouchers; Products that have been used.
Other items may be added to this list from time to time.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
In the rare event that you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where the damage can be shown to be the fault of Anvil Home, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund of the item or items as soon as possible and cover cost of return delivery. Replacement items will be sent to you free of delivery charge.
Please note that all products are fully inspected before they leave our store.
